Beautysleuth.co.uk will send all its orders via Royal Mail, and may use first class, standard parcel service, recorded delivery or guaranteed next day delivery as appropriate. They aim to deliver all orders within the times however, please do not contact them regarding the delivery status of your order until the following times have elapsed Saver: 14 days, Standard: 7 days, Next Day: 3 days. Please note that at present they are only able to accept orders for delivery within the UK. Unfortunately they are also unable to send to BFPO and APO addresses. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in exceptional circumstances.

Return instructions are provided on the invoice / packing slip that is shipped with your order.
